Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Owner to help drive the expansion of our industry-leading software suite. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions that enhance our product offerings and support our rapid growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in the retail industry as a merchandise planner, assortment planner, allocator, buyer, or similar role; OR 3+ years as a Product Owner in a Scrum-based software development environment, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise analytics, or AI-driven products
• Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset, including navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and driving product initiatives independently
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
