M&A Chief of Staff

For a leading company in the Microsoft Cloud- and Hosting-solutions sector in the DACH region, we are looking for a Chief of Staff (m/w/d) with Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally in a boutique or mid-sized consulting firm
• PMI experience from integration or transformation projects (e.g. Carve-outs, System Harmonization, Organizational Integration, Synergy Tracking)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to clearly structure and present complex topics
• Affinity to technology, digital business models, and dynamic environments
• Down-to-earth, pragmatic mindset and high reliability and integrity
