
Job description
Manage day-to-day operations, including purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and administrative tasks. Provide HR administrative assistance and encourage internal communication.
Perform tasks such as managing records, performing accounting and financial analysis, monitoring credit and collections, and reviewing vendor invoices.
We are looking for a reliable, well-organized person who can handle multiple tasks with a focus on efficiency and time management. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
