Operational Support Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, handle administrative tasks, and provide HR administrative assistance. The role requires a reliable, well-organized person who can handle multiple tasks with efficiency and time management.
Responsibilities include managing records and information, performing accounting and financial analysis, monitoring credit and collections activities, and performing general office tasks.
Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage tasks, and has strong leadership qualities. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
