Shipping Lead

The Shipping Lead oversees the shipping department, coordinates daily work assignments, and drives performance to exceed safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. They coach team members on performance and contribute to the daily processing of domestic and international deliveries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions in English and perform basic math
• High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively with team members, other departments, and management with a positive attitude
• Self-starter, motivated, and engaged
• Possess good communication skills, work ethic, and attendance
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Suite, Outlook, and Workday preferred
• Prior warehousing experience and powered industrial lift truck certification
