Your tasks

As a Bar Starter (m/w/d) you are part of an exciting team that creates the magic of a good night for our guests. You love the bustle at the bar and thrive on the liveliness of the guests who are having fun. Your task is to always keep an eye on making sure everything is clean and stocked.

You interact with your team - just like the motto: all for one and one for all!!

What awaits you at Topgolf Oberhausen

• Building expertise in the bar area
• Washing glasses
• Cleaning and clearing the bar & storage rooms
• Stocking the bar with the necessary utensils
• Product knowledge of food and drinks
• Answering guest questions
• Ensuring guest safety
• Guaranteeing a first-class service

What you should bring

• A passionate host/hostess with excellent manners
• You are able to work at a high pace and at the same time multitask to maintain the highest service quality
• Open and friendly nature
• Stress resistance, flair & charisma, a real team player
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Readiness to work and team skills
• German in word and writing (B1 level), and English knowledge is an asset
