
Job description
Assist, teach and help manage the Summer Academy program, a flagship Junior program for 8 to 12 weeks. Enhance the Guest experience by giving out instruction tips and promoting Topgolf Coach. Train new Topgolf Associates on basics of teaching and general knowledge of golf.
Assist in club repair, help with student and lead maintenance using a CRM tool, and give out instruction tips to Guests during peak times.
Gain golf instruction knowledge, teach class lessons, and develop sales excellence and student retention techniques. Work in a fast-paced environment and on a team, with a high level of self-awareness and receptivity to change.
