Machine Operator I

Role Overview

The Machine Operator I is responsible for setting up tooling and operating thermoforming equipment according to production specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

Set up thermoforming machines, operate equipment, perform troubleshooting and quality checks, complete routine maintenance, and accurately complete job tickets and production paperwork.

Requirements

• Experience as a skilled manufacturing operator
• At least 6 months of machine operator experience
• Previous production line experience (preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
• Understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
