Production Associate

Role Overview

The Production Associate (Inspector/Packer) is responsible for packing thermoformed trays quickly, safely, and accurately while supporting production flow and quality standards.

What You Will Do

Retrieve parts from trim press, place parts in specified relationship to each other, inspect stacks of parts for defects, and perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous packing or warehouse experience is helpful
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
• Reliability, proactivity, and commitment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive duties, including stairs and standing for long periods
