Production Worker

Role Overview

As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations and report directly to the Department Supervisor. This role plays an important part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of thermoformed and flexible packaging products.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with team members and multiple departments to complete manufacturing tasks, operate production machinery and equipment, retrieve and pack product into boxes, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience and/or formal training
• Ability to properly read a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand work instructions
• Ability to perform basic math and take accurate measurements
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
