Full-Stack Software Development Team Lead

Top Talent Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard Development Team Lead to join their team in Limassol. Remuneration: base salary + bonuses. Work model: hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) after initial 3 month nesting period.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a development team
• Strong experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with web technologies including HTML5 and CSS3
• Familiarity with AWS services
• Strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English
