Director of Revenue & Performance Marketing - Sightseeing Portfolio

TopView is seeking a Director of Revenue & Performance Marketing to lead revenue growth across our sightseeing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in revenue marketing and 3+ years in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of scaling revenue efficiently. The role requires strong P&L fluency, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in revenue, performance, or growth marketing
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role with direct ownership of meaningful revenue targets
• Experience in high-growth eCommerce or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environments
• Proven ownership of meaningful revenue targets and multi-channel marketing budgets
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue efficiently
• Strong P&L fluency — experienced in forecasting, pricing strategy, and ROI modeling
• Extremely revenue oriented, highly analytical, data driven, and tech savvy
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams with strong cross-functional collaboration
• Thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment
