Supervisor, Desarrollo

The Development Supervisor will lead the team to complete Mine Development Work Orders, assign resources, and resolve problems safely, achieving QA/QC standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Valid driving license and experience in driving light vehicle in mine interior.
• Knowledge and interpretation of topographic plans.
• Microsoft Office.
• 5 years of proven experience in mining production with mine equipment.
• 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Knowledge in mining systems (Cemented Fill and Long Hole - desirable).
• Knowledge of safe use and handling of explosives.
• Supervision and leadership of teams with large groups (minimum 15 people).
