This role provides end-to-end operational support across CSR, Parts, and Dispatch Coordination for the Hawaii operation under Operations Lead.
Requirements
- Verify, and coordinate parts for both shop and road technicians.
- Monitor pause – waiting for parts queues; escalate delays proactively.
- Manage stock-to-stock transfers, vendor pickups, and TO tracking.
- Support van inventory accuracy and recurring cycle counts.
- Work jointly with dispatch and to ensure technicians are fully parts-ready before dispatch.
- Supervise and coordinate the appropriate processing of various purchase requisitions, receiving reports, purchase orders, inventory requisitions, etc.
- Tracked parts ETA, availability, and redispatch coordination with Dispatch and Service
- Take care of the inventory areas by organizing and maintaining efficient material handling and storage
- Maintained shop and van inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and technician transfers
- Coordinate movement of trucks between yard, shop, and customer sites.
- Validate readiness of units going out (fuel, battery charge, attachments, cleanliness).
- Support Operations Lead in managing truck availability, staging, and logistics timing for high-volume days.
- Ensure accurate documentation of truck movements in NetSuite or internal trackers.
- Update asset cards with batteries, chargers, serial numbers, attachments, and condition updates.
- Support weekly audits of rental and service assets assigned to Hawaii.
- Ensure consistency with corporate asset-management standards.
- Accepts in person, telephone and email orders for customers and shop service technicians with reference to parts needs for repair and service.
- Receive and place quotes and orders to/by shop service technicians and clients.
- Manage complete asset service quoting cycle and effective quoting of service and parts to client demands for road technician services.
- Support weekly audits of rental and service assets assigned to Hawaii.
- Ensure consistency with corporate asset-management standards.
