Demand Planner Team Lead

Demand Planner Team Lead will oversee a small team responsible for forecasting demand, maintaining inventory balances, and ensuring alignment between supply and customer demand for Toters' product categories. The role bridges commercial, operations, and finance, ensuring that Toters has the right products in the right place at the right time while minimizing waste and stockouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in demand planning / forecasting / supply chain roles, ideally with exposure to fast-moving consumer goods, retail, or grocery
• At least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (mentoring, coordinating planners)
