IT Analyst

Performs skilled technical work assessing, analyzing, and implementing technology solutions, managing business applications and technology infrastructure, including communications, camera systems, and software. Installs, configures, and maintains computing environments, user devices, and enterprise software across the organization. Provides end-user support for business and public safety technology systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in information technology, computer science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, application administration, server and network administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certification preferred
• Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the State of North Carolina
