Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (property, facilities, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple locations
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and exterior maintenance
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (required for work travel)
