Requirements
- 1-year experience originating VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans
- Proven sales record based on closed loan production
- Sources of referral business for purchase transactions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Awareness of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and VHDA underwriting guidelines
- High degree of personal integrity
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
