Mortgage Loan Officer - Miramar Beach, FL

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at TowneBank Mortgage. The successful candidate will originate Mortgage loans, provide exceptional service to applicants and prospective customers, and maintain existing and generate new sources of referral business.

Requirements

• Active NMLS#
• At least 1-year experience originating VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans
• Proven sales record based on closed loan production
• Sources of referral business for purchase transactions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and VHDA underwriting guidelines
• High degree of personal integrity
• Self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
