
Job description
The EHS Manager will provide transformational leadership to foster management commitment and employee ownership of EHS, enhance site culture and performance, and ensure timely closure of CAPAs through risk assessments and data-driven collaboration. This is a highly visible, significant role within the Company and the EHS&S function.
The responsibilities of the position include providing transformational leadership, partnering with site leadership to develop and implement EHS objectives, analyzing EHS data and incident investigations, and coordinating and delivering mandatory employee EHS training.
To be qualified for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or related field, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in EHS within industrial or manufacturing environments.
