Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for running variable tasks like planograms and providing support for the merchandise and signage. They interact with customers, drive a vehicle, and maintain a store standard of excellence. The role involves both physical demands and service-oriented customer interactions.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.
• Recommend Product Solutions.
• Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (E.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
