Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Member is responsible for planningograms, customer service, store operations, and maintaining a store's merchandise and signage. This role requires a flexible individual who can work varied shifts and communicate proactively with supervisors and customers. The FAST Team Member plays a key role in ensuring a fantastic customer experience at Tractor Supply and Petsense.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate all store equipment.
