Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking High Volume FAST Team Members to support field activities such as planograms, signage, pricing changes, and inventory management. Team Members will assist supervisors with various tasks like assembling merchandise, perform customer service activities, and maintain store standards. A strong focus on Legendary Customer Experience is emphasized, with a commitment to safety and positive team dynamics.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-directed and able to complete assignments with minimal assistance.
