Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support Variable Task tasks such as planograms, merchandise setup, and signage maintenance. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and be responsible for all aspects of variable tasks.

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write and count accurately
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer and cash register
