Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Member is responsible for supporting variable tasks, like planograms, merchandise, and fixture assembly, for both customers and Team Members within assigned districts. The role requires excellent customer service skills, accurate work performance, and the ability to work varied hours. Tractor Supply provides a comprehensive reward package to support team members.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Communicate proactively with District Supervisor
- Complete planograms and reset accurately
- Perform store-specific measurements
- Complete store layout initiatives
- Perform detailed recovery and review of planogram integrity
- Complete tractor way top cap process
- Hang store signage
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs
- Perform detailed recovery and review of planogram integrity
- Deliver on Legendary Customer Service
