Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to own and execute tasks, such as planograms and fixture assembly, within a defined district. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring the sale of merchandise. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a passion for the outdoors and commitment to a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required
- Ability to travel as required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Accuracy in planning and measurement
- Ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime
