Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to support field activities. This role involves planning, signage creation, price changes, physical inventory, and maintaining all signage at designated store locations. Team Members will provide excellent customer service and are expected to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal assistance.
- Ability to stand, kneel, twist, climb ladders.
