Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking Team Members to interact with customers, support sales initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Team Members are responsible for operating cash registers, taking merchandise, performing yard work, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role requires flexibility, service orientation, and the ability to perform various tasks with precision and safety.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work scheduled shifts with variable hours
• Ability to perform tasks as dictated by business needs
• Ability to operate cash register/computer
• Ability to use forklifts and balers (potentially under 18)
• Ability to accurately count money
