Requirements

• 10+ years of demonstrable success within the institutional real estate ecosystem
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex real estate transactions from initial underwriting and due diligence through structuring, negotiation, and closing
• Proven ability to design and execute sophisticated deal structures, including joint ventures, recapitalizations, and acquisitions
• Deep experience navigating the full diligence process, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving transactions to a timely successful close
