Role Overview

Lead and manage the frontend team, design architectural solutions, and contribute to the development of core application components. Work with brokerage integrations and external APIs, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience

• Experience managing a software development team of at least 3 engineers
• Proven experience designing the architecture of complex client-side applications
• Solid understanding of browser internals, asynchronous programming, and web performance optimization
• Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
