Lead the frontend team, conduct regular 1:1s, support engineers' growth, and build a strong team culture. Ensure predictable and high-quality product delivery and improve engineering processes.
Plan, prioritize tasks, and distribute workload. Conduct code reviews, complex tasks, and critical features. Increase team efficiency by introducing modern tools.
5+ years of experience in frontend development, proven experience leading a development team, and strong ability to design architecture of complex applications.
