We're looking for a Creative Strategist to shape how millions of customers discover, engage, and buy through performance-driven storytelling. You'll lead creative strategy, define angles, hooks, and ad structures, and continuously analyze creative KPIs to identify winners and iterate with speed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response Advertising (DTC, agency, or similar)
- Proven track record crafting high-converting video ads & UGC content
- Strong grasp of sales psychology, persuasive copywriting, and buyer persona frameworks
- Data-driven mindset: confident in reading KPIs, extracting insights, and proposing actionable iterations
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, creative diagnostics, and funnel optimization
- Passion for trends, platform nuances (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), and continuous creative innovation
- Highly organized and execution-obsessed, with a structured approach to creative planning
- Strong collaboration & feedback skills — able to align creators, editors, and copywriters toward performance goals
- Fluent in English (B2+ minimum)
