Proven proficiency in shop software. Must have skills exceeding Painter I level. Able to perform duties to a 12 hour shift with fluctuating hours

Achieve required certifications (Welder I, II, or Service Tech I). Possess electrical/hydraulics knowledge and the willingness to perform a flexible schedule. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Complete weld training, accurate measurement tools skills, and basic math. Positive attitude, good work ethic, and ability to work well with others are needed

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree. 12+ years experience or 12+ years of experience required. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, use tools, etc

High school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required. Physical strength to handle heavy lifting and working at heights. Math and measurement skills are essential

Successful completion of weld training and accurate use of measurement tools. Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication/division) required. Positive attitude & work ethic needed

1-2 yrs experience with paint equipment preferred. Good communication skills needed. Must be a hard worker with a positive attitude
