Intermediate RFP Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized RFP Specialist to join our Retirement team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process, supporting business growth across mid-market, large market, mega, and pooled retirement plan opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
• One year of RFP experience or three years of relevant retirement industry experience
• Written and verbal communication skills to prepare proposals and consult with contacts
• Project management and organizational skills to handle competing deadlines
• Problem solving, research and analytical skills to make sound judgments on information provided to prospective clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency using MS Word
