Lead Software Engineer

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a team using modern tools and development practices? In this role, you will help lead the re-platforming of WFG’s mission-critical systems. Our teams use spec-driven development and Kiro as an AI coding assistant —so engineers spend less time on boilerplate and more time on great design, reliability, and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Five years of Core Java or.NET experience
• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native patterns
• Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
