Human Resources Director

Role Overview

Parkshore is a lakefront retirement community seeking a Human Resources Director to join its senior leadership team. The HR Director will serve as an advisor to the Executive Director and provide support to team members on work-related issues, employee relations, and policy interpretation.

What You Will Do

The HR Director will provide counseling, coaching, and support to leadership and team members, develop and deliver HR presentation materials, and manage the new hire orientation and culture of excellence trainings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
• At least five years of experience in a HR management role
• HRCI or SHRM certification highly preferred
