Learning & Development Assistant Manager

Translation Empire PK is looking for a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Assistant Manager to support the design and execution of training programs across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
• Certification (Preferred): L&D or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, ATD, SHRM) will be an advantage.
