
Job description
Support the Director of Corporate Development in managing and executing strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunity analysis and coordination of key cross-functional projects.
Execute M&A initiatives, develop strategic and market analysis, prepare executive materials, track strategic plans, support investor and external stakeholder relationships, lead cross-functional projects, propose process improvements, and perform financial and operational analysis.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with direct exposure to senior management and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making.
