
Job description
This role is a member of the broader Cyber Security Observability Engineering team and will work alongside teams responsible for site reliability, platform engineering, and application development. The individual in this role will contribute to improving system visibility, monitoring capabilities, and overall service reliability across the organization.
Analyzing system metrics, logs, and traces to identify performance issues, anomalies, or service degradation, and assist in determining root cause. Supporting the creation, tuning, and maintenance of monitoring alerts, dashboards, and automated observability workflows.
Experience in Observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or related IT operations roles. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify patterns or anomalies.
