VP of Consumer Finance and Member Engagement

Travel Resorts of America is seeking a Vice President of Consumer Finance and Member Engagement to set the company's operating policies and direction, and drive the organization's overall strategy. The VP will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all operations-related activities of the consumer finance company and member engagement department.

Requirements

• Participate in strategic planning process
• Create departmental strategic plans
• Partner with President on operational and strategic issues
• Lead implementation of strategic plan
• Implement best practices and best in class operational procedures
• Liaise with CFO to attract financial institutions
• Establish relationships with senior executives
• Provide guidance on hiring and developing team members
• Drive optimization of servicing processes
• Delegate responsibilities to subordinates
• Set clear goals and objectives
