Travelers is seeking a Technical Specialist to handle complex, high-exposure claims in commercial transportation liability. As a technical resource, you will conduct thorough investigations, analyze insurance contracts, and provide guidance to customers and team members. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of insurance claims experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five years of experience in insurance claims, preferably commercial trucking liability claims
• Experience with claims management and software systems
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, terminology with the ability to understand and articulate policies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to handle complex claims and negotiate settlements
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for insureds and claimants
