We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technology support at our Ogden, UT manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable IT operations across the site by supporting end users, maintaining systems, and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
- Manage site-level incidents and serve as an escalation point for complex issues
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance through system updates, patching, and maintenance
- Configure and deploy equipment for new hires and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and manage equipment lifecycle
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to improve processes and system performance
- Document systems, processes, and resolutions to support ongoing operations
