We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to design and develop new and innovative processes as well as step-change improvements to existing processes. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's of Science in an engineering discipline and 3+ years relevant experience.
Requirements

- Develop proof of concept and prototype equipment/processes
- Develop prototypes into viable manufacturing processes
- Perform trials in partnership with both internal and external resources in order to support the above objectives
- Support change management processes and procedures
- Use technical knowledge to design, troubleshoot, and optimize new and existing processes
- Use data to drive decisions on process design and optimization
- Design for safety by keeping employee safety, equipment design, and material hazards at the forefront of process development
- Work with equipment suppliers and vendors to vet out new and innovative process technologies
- Investigate new and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to develop innovative processes
