ConexSmart Technician

ConexSmart’s technicians play a critical role in the production of complex wire harnesses used in aerospace and defense applications. This position is responsible for ensuring all assemblies meet engineering specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and demonstrates sound judgment.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is preferred.
• Experience in wire harness production, aerospace manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of soldering, wire crimping and testing equipment is preferred.
