Engineering Technician

ConexSmart’s Engineering Technician uses math and science to solve complex technical problems in the avionics industry, developing new products and improving efficiencies across the organization.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of field experience or a bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
• Experience using CAD, data analysis programs, and related software
• Experience in project management (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal skills
• High level of manual dexterity and detail orientation
