Personal Banker or Senior Banker

Join Tri Counties Bank as a Personal Banker or Senior Banker and establish relationships of trust with customers by listening to their financial circumstances and introducing them to products and services that address their needs and goals.

Requirements

• Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily
• Present to customers the features and benefits of various bank products
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly reviews sales results with Branch Manager
• Ensure that all customer transactions are handled accurately and timely according to guidelines
• Maintain a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures
• Maintain a current understanding of and ensure compliance with regulations
