Job Description
The primary purpose of the position is to troubleshoot and resolve machinery and equipment issues on a reactive basis as well as prevent those issues on a proactive basis through preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot machine and equipment problems and resolve them to the best of your current ability
- Perform all work in a high quality and safe manner
- Train and develop peers on skillsets
- Perform work based on the expected skillsets below
- Leading housekeeping efforts
- Identifying and immediately communicating personnel and safety issues
- Communicating and working with Shift Supervisors
- Accurate and complete reporting of maintenance, production, and quality data
- Reporting any continuous improvement opportunities
- Moving materials as needed using forklifts or overhead cranes
