This role combines technical leadership, team management, and strategic collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects.
• Oversee architecture and design of complex enterprise solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
• Review and approve solution designs and technical proposals.
• Define scalable processes for solution architecture engagements.
• Track and report on team metrics, project progress, and customer outcomes.
