Job description
As a Sales Compensation Analyst at Trimble, you will blend financial acumen with technical expertise to optimize sales incentive compensation strategies. You will be the architect of the sales ecosystem for our Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) segment, designing and implementing global commission structures. This role offers high-visibility impact and the ability to directly influence the motivation and strategic direction of our revenue-generating teams.
