
Job description
As a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, you'll work with leaders across the go-to-market organization to create and drive forward sales enablement strategy and programs. This individual contributor will develop enablement strategies and plans with the focus of providing the sales team the necessary training to successfully and accurately message and position products, and win deals - with the ultimate goal to increase sales.
Spearhead the development and execution of the ongoing SDR Readiness Program to build a high-performing pipeline of sales talent. Design and launch strategic learning programs that guide sellers through critical transition points across various markets, industries, and strategic accounts. Orchestrate end-to-end instructional design initiatives, transforming complex concepts into interactive virtual, classroom, and e-learning training modules.
Seven or more years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning and development, ideally within a hardware or software company. Proven mastery of the ADDIE instructional design model, with a track record of creating impactful training materials, job aids, and evaluation structures.
